What you will need for your appointment:
A valid government-issued Identification or Driver's License must be valid or issued within 5 year from the day of the appointment
is required for any notarial services, mandatory verification of signature and physical description:
Driver License
Identification Card
Passport
US Military Card
What if I do not have a valid Driver License or Identification Card?If unable to provide an unexpired identification you will need to provide credible witnesses. Credible witnesses must provide their own government-issued valid Identification card or Driver's license, as well as have a personal knowledge of your identity.
